D.A.K. is a Radio Control tank club based in Phoenix, Arizona.
We center around 1/16 scale Tamiya Battle System–compatible tanks and AFVs,
but we dabble with VS Tank, Taigen, MATO, and Heng Long Infra Red battle system
tanks as well — and in other equipment as it appears on our radar.
The desert motif is used because… we live in a desert.
Our seasoned membership operates alongside other clubs and vendors, and we share
our methods, tech, and artistic knowledge on internet forums and in hobby
magazines. Taigen Panthers and Shermans, 3D-printed projects, and creative
conversions keep making an impact on our field — alongside strong showings
from Hooben, Heng Long, and Haya. Our Clark Electronics side business is going
strong as the US distributor for Clark Electronics & Upgrades and Vandra RC
