DAK had a massive turnout for the 2012 beginner event. A new member, family crews, and all the old veterans made the day a huge success and I have to thank Greg Dahlgren, newbie James Hare, and of course Jeff and Aimee for their work setting up early. Now I know what can be done before 10AM!
An Elephant appeared, as did a refurbished Firefly with recoil. We have a renaissance of new buildings coming and hopefully a chance to work on the city section of the field soon. Thanks to John Gibson for his referee duties and for the donation of new trees for some of the field efforts. (and thanks to his lovely wife for the Wedding Gift and Baby Gift!)
