DAK’s fall opener was a roaring success. New members, old friends, new vehicles, old school combat and the usual phat BarBeQue served up by Aimee and Dave. We had a rare Panther F make its combat debut along with 1 and 1/2 new T34s. Battles swelled to a few 8 V 8 encounters and we had crowds of twenty five or more in the afternoon.
As a club we had a toast to the memory of founding member Doug Sharpe. His presence was missed by all and it was an honor to introduce his brother Dave to our ranks!
