Once again my fellow club member wanted a custom Sherman . He Wanted the Radial engine Noise and HVSS. I borrowed from Steve Zaloga’s Similar build and Voila, Deja -Vu all over again. The story goes the US Army did build a number of Fireflys near the wars end but records of combat are scarce.

the client rEquested the stars be retained on the hull (#$%#@) so I added them and adjusted the paint scheme. I added brown dust and mud to the lower hull and added a grimy black filter to the entire upper hull.

This time the sherman will have a fixed gun w/o recoil. I used some epoxy goop to really seal the gun tube in place and give the gun a flexible joint too.
